TMC houses an on site truck driver training program. To qualify to become a driver for TMC, you must:
-Be 23 years of age
-Have a Class A CDL
-Have a good safety and driving record
-Have a stable and verifiable work history
-Have a verifiable background that demonstrates trustworthiness and good character
-Be able to perform essential functions of the job with no restrictions
After training and obtaining your Class A CDL, there are many opportunities to choose from:
Line-haul OTR- Line-haul drivers move flatbed freight of all kinds to all 48 states and Canada. Line-haul drivers may be assigned loads delivering to anywhere in those areas. Line-haul drivers will be responsible for the securing and tarping of loads including building materials, steel products, pipe, machinery and a variety of other shipments.
Dedicated- This gives the driver predictable routes, home time and pay. Exact home time and pay opportunities will vary by the dedicated account.
